Friends around me know I've been very affected by the intuition meditation lately - and in a huge and positive way. I'm initiating some big changes, and every step of the way I'm guided by my intuition and passion. Learning to understand and listen in to your soul, even just learning to be a little bit more mindful, is SO powerful. It doesn't have to be woowoo, it could just be as simple as listening to what your body is feeling, checking-in with your emotions.
